That's great! How did Christian do at the 5k ? I've been trying to get Ella to do one with me. So, she's been practicing on the treadmill.

Both he and his dad did no training for it. Needless to say, they walked a lot. Christian was just happy to be with his dad. I think we will all do it next year. Glenn actually thought it was fun. For a man who says he only runs if someone is chasing him, this is a big step.
